Outline of Operational Plan

·       Determine your boundaries. This is where you have authority and responsibility. This is a pastor’s responsibility. He must use all the assets God has given.  

·       Gather Intelligence. Spying out the land reveals who, what, when, where, why and how Lucifer’s spiritual beings are organized and function.  Although this is the most intriguing phase, it is usually the least understood and most open to enemy counter action.  Be on guard for infiltrators.

·       Develop a plan for dealing with strongholds.  This plan must include a powerful prayer plan.   Some strongholds will be broken only by prayer and fasting.  Be aware of the relative spiritual powers.  Never send a boy to do a man’s job.
